We prepare cases for litigation with comprehensive background investigations along with referrals to local attorneys upon request.  Litigation cases are forwarded and monitored by our legal department.  We maintain the file from placement to execution of judgment. All cases are placed with client approval with our certified Law League of Attorneys.



P a y m e n t   a n d   F e e s

All monies recovered by Assets Management Services, LLC are placed in a client Trust Account. Disbursements are made on a regular monthly schedule.  Trust Statements are sent every month on all active accounts with an accurate accounting of funds recovered.  We earn a contingency fee only on monies collected or product returned with no up-front costs to our clients.
